the location was acceptable and near local attractions.
i found the sofa bed to be very uncomfortable for sleeping. i also noticed that the coffee maker only worked if i held it in a specific position. this was disappointing, and i think a replacement or repair is needed

the resort is close to disney parks and universal. family groups can find the facilities ample and agreeable. the place was clean.
the front desk was not perfect during check in. things declined from that point. i found a live roach in the kitchen. also the fridge was not cooling.

This was my first visit and i loved it. the location is fantastic. You can easily get to disney springs. i loved the multiple pool areas. There are so many to choose from. the resort offers different recreational activities like tennis and shuffleboard. parking was also super convenient because it was close to the room entrances.
I found the bedroom tv to be very outdated. It definitely needs an upgrade.

the staff was super friendly and very responsive when i needed assistance. they offered a room change quickly. the front desk staff was polite whenever i spoke with them. i found their service to be very excellent with such fast actions.

there are multiple pools to choose from, great if you want a quieter area. i loved the recreational activities available such as tennis. there is also a sand volleyball court with night lighting. the fitness room was clean and well-kept.

the rooms are spacious and clean. i was happy to find that my room had a screen window. the room included all necessary amenities and i really reminded me of i was home. i especially enjoyed having access to a jacuzzi.

the location is perfect. the resort is very close to disney springs. i was also pleased by all the nearby restaurants. the resort is near many main attractions and makes travelling around easy and quick.
